How do I make my sprite follow my finger movement without it going to where I touch on the screen,How do you Get an Object to follow your touch movement on iOS without it jumping to your finger

Hey sorry if I dont provide enough details this is my first time posting. I wanted my sprite to move in the same direction of my finger movement.
