In a basic scene with a plane, a box/sphere and one light I get banding in the gradients even with 32bit buffer on.
I've toggled the buffer and rebuilt the project multiple times. Tried with and without shadows. There also appears to be some odd aliasing(edges of the cube.) AA is disabled.
