I've got an app that's pushing the limits of memory on iPad 2 -- it uses about 250mb, which is too much and I need to reduce it. However, the same app/build, on an iPad Air, uses 220mb of memory. I'd be a lot closer to my goal if iPad 2 used the same. Anybody know why? And is there any way to get the iPad 2 to use that lower amount?
