Hello,
I am currently trying to build our app for iOS, using Unity 5.4 and IL2CPP for 64 bits applications.
Also worth noting is that we have a bunch of plugins such as Wwise, PopcornFx and the cardboard SDK.
It is building just fine but we have some problem with the memory after and part of this problem is some leaks coming from Unity as seen in this screenshot :

As you can see both Unity and PopcornFx (HellHeaven) are producing leaks. I contacted Popcorn about this and I am waiting for an answer but so far their support has been great. But there is still the Unity ones left.
Do you have any idea about where they come from and/or how to fix them?
