Tried several different things. All Read/Write on Mac/PC, but I can't write on iOS.
I can't seem to figure out how to have editable data I can read and write to like an XML file.
Using Resources StreamReader/StreamWriter - I get an UnathorizedAccessException when I try to write on iOS but I can read/write just fine on Mac/PC.
XML in a StreamingAssets folder dumped to iOS Raw, I can read, but not write on iOS, but again no issues with Mac/PC.
Application.persistentDataPath works great as READ ONLY but I've seen people post about read/write using this method. -They must not be talking about iOS.
There doesn't seem to be a solution.
I do not want to link to an external file or database. I want it all self contained or referencing a local file.
Is this just not possible for iOS?
