I'm working on an app that uses the new Video Player feature in Unity.
The problem lies with the videos in the IOS build on the Apple appstore. The videos do not play when put on the Apple appstore and downloaded/installed from there.
The videos play when built using Unity Cloud building or by using Xcode on a mac and building onto a device. Everything else in the app works as intended. No problems with the Android build.
I would love some advice on what documentation to check for differences between these building methods. Why only Apple Appstore? Why only videos?
I've checked the Video Player documentation and searched forums and the like. Tried changing video formats and import settings.
I'll update the question/comments with my continued efforts.
