If the movie is full screen in ios or andorid,will an input field also run?

Hello,https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie.html i can understand that movies will be fullscreen in ios or android. I am trying to make a hud interface with a text editor in the middle of it,the hud interface is just a video and in the middle is the input field(text).Will it work in the fullscreenmode or not ? :(
